ROTARY recognized by District for its work with Literacy

   The Caledonia-Mumford ROTARY was recognized by District 7120 for its work with Literacy at the recent ROTARY District Conference in Niagara Falls. The local ROTARY has participated in Junior Achievement and provides dictionaries for all Third Grade students at CMCS. Cal-Mum ROTARY is one of 65 clubs in the District area.

   The District Committee presented the club a citation and a book which has been donated to the Elementary Library of CMCS. The book tells the story of an enterprising young man who in helping a neighbor finds that the Four-Way Test, which guides Rotarians in their lives and businesses, leads to success and good friendship. Cal-Mum ROTARY hopes the children will enjoy the book.
