Kelsey Egan WINS PADGETT SCHOLARSHIP For Immediate Release Caledonia, NY – Kelsey Egan is the winner of the local 2007 Padgett Business Services Foundation Scholarship, announced Steve Boscoe, owner of the local Padgett office. "The candidates for this $500 scholarship are always exceptional; however, Kelsey has strong personal and scholastic attributes that stand out amongst the other applicants," said Boscoe. "She not only has an outstanding grade-point average and excellent college aptitude test scores, but also shows leadership in extracurricular activities. Further, her future scholastic and career plans are admirable." A student at Churchville Chili High School, Kelsey plans to attend Cornell University. In order to qualify for the scholarship, applicants must be the dependent of an independent business owner.
