Troy V. Griffin

   Troy V. Griffin, age 87 years, of Caledonia/Scottsville died May 24, 2004 at the GRHCA Hospice in Rochester. He was born February 1, 1917 in Tennyson, TN to Andrew and Nannie Griffin. Troy retired from the Genesee Brewery in Rochester as a plumber. He served in the United States Navy during WWII. Troy is survived by his son and daughter and son-in-law; Troy and Donna Griffin of OK; daughters and sons-in-law; Nancy McKay of Caledonia, Julie and David Otto of TN, Marina (Michael) Jagodzinskiof of Chili; six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and special friend, Michael McKay. His wife, Ruth predeceases Troy.

   Friends called Thursday, May 27, 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main Street, Caledonia. His Funeral Service was held Friday, May 28 at 10:00 A.M. at the Union Presbyterian Church, Scottsville. Interment took place at Mumford Rural Cemetery.
