Thomas J. Cook, age 48 years, formerly of Caledonia, died from complications of ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) on July 7, 2005 at his home in Marion, NY.

   He is predeceased by his mother: Dorothy, and his sister: Mary Ellen. Survived by his loving wife, Mary Ellen; and his father, Thomas Cook of Caledonia; daughters, Ashley (Brandon) Martin of Newark, Arley Cook and Kelsey Cook, both of Marion; granddaughter, Brielle Martin of Newark; sister, Susan Cook of Caledonia.

   A Memorial Service was held Saturday, July 30, 2005 at 2:00 pm at the St. Columba Church in Caledonia. A reception followed at the Springbrook Inn. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, 3896 Buffalo Street, Marion, NY.
