"Sue"

   Mildred L. "Sue" Callan, age 84 years, of Caledonia died February 12, 2008 at the LeRoy Village Green Nursing Home. She was born October 2, 1923 in Batavia, NY to Dean and Elizabeth Kingsbury. Mrs. Callan retired from the Genesee Country Museum where she worked as an interpreter. She was a member of the Big Springs Historical Society, the Caledonia Country Club and St. Columba Church. Mrs. Callan is survived by her sons Michael and Tucker Callan; daughters, Kathy Whiteside and Mary Beth (Donald) Hall; brother, Dick (Ethel) Kingsbury; son-in-law, Russ Shepard; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Her husband, Thomas Callan and daughter, Kimberly Shepard predeceases Mrs. Callan.

   Friends were invited to attend her Memorial Mass on Friday, February 15, 2008 at 10:00 AM at St. Columba Church, Caledonia. Interment was held at St. Columba Cemetery, Caledonia.
