Ruth A. Nelan Ruth Nelan of North Street died November 17, 1998 at Strong Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She is survived by her son, James Nelan; daughters and son-in-law, Betsy Harvard, Polly and Thomas Nothnagle; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Connor, Patricia (Robert) Campbell, Nancy Tallman No prior calling hours.
