Roger D. Mallaber, age 69 years, of Caledonia died December 25, 2003 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. He was born February 27, 1934 in Rochester, NY to Kenneth and Edna (Ace) Mallaber. Roger retired from Allen Bailey Tag in Caledonia as a purchasing agent. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years; Karen (Gross) Mallaber; son, Jeffrey T. Mallaber, Esq., of Caledonia; his sister Stella Myers of Dansville; his borrowed family, David and Katie Stein and their children, Kelly Jo, Kasey, Dillon and Kerri; numerous nieces and nephews; and many close friends. His mother and father, Edna and Kenneth Mallaber; brother, Kenneth Mallaber and sister, Phyllis Perry predeceases him.

   Friends called Sunday, December 28, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main Street, Caledonia where his Memorial Service was held Monday, December 29, 2003 at 10:00 AM. Memorials may be made to the Caledonia Ambulance PO Box 3, Caledonia, NY 14423.
