Robert H. Meyer

   Robert H. Meyer, 87, of Winter Haven, Florida and Caledonia, died at home in Caledonia on September 29, 1998 after a short illness. Born in Rochester on March 19, 1911, the son of Fred and Katherine (Norris) Meyer.

   Survived by his wife: Catherine (Kummer) Meyer, son and daughter-in-law: Michael and Virginia Meyer of Caledonia, daughter and son-in-law: Patricia and Ronald Loth of Rochester, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Sister and brother-in-law: Rita and Frank Flaherty of Rochester, several nieces and nephews.

   Mr. Meyer was retired from the Atlantic Richfield Co. in Rochester. He was a member of the North Rose Lion’s Club and the Caledonia Fire Department, where he assisted in the organization of the Caledonia Ambulance Service.

   No prior calling hours. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 10, 1998 at 3:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church, Main Street, Caledonia. Rev. Nancy Reinert, officiating. Private Internment.
