Richard O. DeMersman

    Richard O. DeMersman, 66, of Armstrong Road, Mumford died July 17, 1998 at Highland Hospital in Rochester following a long illness. Born March 20, 1932 in Rochester, the son of Oscar and Helen (Bohn) DeMersman.

   Survived by his wife of 42 years, Carolyn Morse DeMersman, son and son-in-law: James and Rich DeMersman, Palm Springs, CA. Daughters and son-in-law: Linda and Len Mott, Cicero, NY, Laurie and Randy Reynolds, Lima, NY and Lisa and Harold Litteer, Mumford, ten grandchildren. Brothers and sisters-in-law: Robert and Elizabeth, Carl and Frances and David and Linda DeMersman. Several nieces and nephews.

    Mr. DeMersman was a retired Lithograph Operator at Specialized Printed Forms in Caledonia and a member of the Mason’s Eunice Lodge 830, Caledonia.

    Friends may call Sunday, July 19, 2-4 and 7-9 at the Alhart Funeral Home.

    A Memorial service will be held on Monday, July 20, 2 PM at The First Presbyterian Church, West Main Street, Caledonia.

    A private burial at Mumford Rural Cemetery.
