Reginald J. MacDonald died suddenly at his home in Fowlerville on April 12, 2001, at the age of 70. He was predeceased by grandson, Joshua MacDonald. He leaves his wife, Katherine Dillon MacDonald; son, Reginald James MacDonald II, Florida; a daughter, Kathy Jo MacDonald, West Virginia; granddaughter, Ella Kate MacDonald; 2 brothers, Clifford, FL, and Herman, Dover, DE; 2 sisters, Thelma Falcone, LeRoy, and Ann Dillon, Fowlerville. Mr. MacDonald was born in Caledonia on October 15, 1930, the son of William MacDonald and Cordelia Crowe MacDonald. He had been employed as a tool and die maker with South Company in Honeoye Falls: For hobbies, he enjoyed painting, and was also a beekeeper.
