Peter Frank Marszalek, age 56 years, of LeRoy died September 12, 2001 at his home after a brave battle with cancer. He was born May 10, 1945 to Frank and Katherine Marszalek. He fought in Vietnam and was a member of the Oatka Gun Club in LeRoy. He worked at Eastman Kodak Company for 29 years, and then at the Caledonia-Mumford School district, retiring from both. He is survived by his wife, Janalee (Bird) Marszalek, LeRoy, daughters; Melissa and Michaele, mother, Katherine Marszalek, sister, Carol Quincey, both of Albion, father-in-law; Sam Bird of Churchville, sisters and brothers-in-law; Sam (Carol) Bird, Jeri (Gary) Pimm, Robert Bird, Jacki Nowack, all of Churchville, Godmother, Josephine Marszalek of Rochester, Godson, Mark Pimm of Churchville, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

   A memorial service was held September 14 at St. Casimers Polish National Catholic Church.
