Peggy L. Fredericks, 52, of Sand Hill Road died September 20, 1999 at home following a long battle with cancer. Peggy was a teacher in the Rochester City School District. She was active in her school with the early childhood program. Peggy enjoyed gardening. She was an alumnus of Syracuse University and earned her master's degree at SUNY Geneseo. She is survived by her husband, Gary; daughter and son-in-law Michele and Kris Williams, Raleigh, NC; mother and father; B.F. and Evelyn Webster, Rio Rancho, NM; sisters, Karen Tabor, Mechanisville, NY and Linda Hayes, Lakeland, FL.
