Michael C. MacDonald

   Michael C. MacDonald, age 62 years, of Caledonia died September 13, 2003 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. He was born September 19, 1940 in Rochester to Roy J. and Monica T. (Keefe) MacDonald. Michael was a 1958 graduate of Caledonia-Mumford High School, and a 1962 graduate of Notre Dame. He graduated from Officers Training School at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX, in 1963 where he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United State Air Force. He achieved the rank of Captain and was awarded the Air Medal for services during the Vietnam War. Michael worked at Eastman Kodak in the microfilm product sales division for 10 years. He is a former member of the International Arabian Horse Association during which time he raised, bred and exhibited Arabian and Half Arabian horses. Michael is survived by his wife, Barbara MacDonald of Caledonia; children, Ann MacDonald of Cicero, Martha (Timothy) Whiting of Baldwinsville, Molly (Timothy) Lange of Baldwinsville, Timothy (Jennifer) MacDonald of Avon; 7 grandchildren, several cousins.

   Friends called Tuesday, September 16 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main Street, Caledonia. His Funeral Mass was held Wednesday, September 17 at 11 AM at St. Columba Church, Caledonia. His interment was held at Mumford Rural Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Caledonia Ambulance, P.O.
