Marion C. Callan

   Marion C. Callan, 95, of George Street, Mumford died suddenly at home on February 27, 1999. Born December 31, 1903 in Irondequoit, NY, the daughter of Joseph and Ann (Weltzer) Wittman

   Predeceased by her husband, Charles R. Callan (1960), she is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Eileen and Gary Sickles, Randolph, Jeanne and Dean Nichols, Byron, Kathleen and William Donegan, Caledonia, Patricia and John Keenan, Mumford. Brother: Andrew Wittman, Avon. 18 grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren, Several nieces and nephews

   Marion was a member of St. Columba / St. Patrick Church, and their Rosary Society. She was an avid bingo player.

   Calling Hours will be held Tuesday, March 2, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main Street, Caledonia.

   A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, March 3, at11 AM, at St. Columba Church, Caledonia. Reverend Walter Plominski Officiating. Burial will be at St. Columba Cemetery, Caledonia.

   Memorials may be made to the Mumford Fire Department or a charity of your choice.
