Lydia Vasciannie-Stamer

   Lydia Vasciannie-Stamer, age 40 years, of East Rochester died suddenly on January 22, 2002 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. She was born March 22, 1961 in Rochester to Robert Lee Rogers and Evelyn Jackson. She had worked for Chloride Electro-Works in Caledonia, Mobile Chemical, Paychex, and the East Rochester Youth Center. She loved making crafts, baking, bicycling, camping, gardening and fishing. Lydia is survived by her husband, Mark Stamer of East Rochester; son, D'Jean Vasciannie; mother, Elaine Thornton of Caledonia; sister, Patricia Brooks of Caledonia; brother, Jerome Thornton of Caledonia, and many others relatives.

   Friends called Friday, January 25 from 7-9 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home. Her Funeral Service was held Saturday, January 26, at 1:00 PM at the Second Baptist Church in Mumford. Interment was held at Mumford Rural Cemetery.
