Louise B. Baker

   Louise B. Baker, age 90 years, of Mumford died May 22, 2005 at the Livingston County Skilled Nursing Home in Geneseo. The daughter of Leonard and Irene Buchanan, Mrs. Baker was born August 19, 1914 in North Tonawanda, NY. She and her late husband, Harry, owned and operated Bakers Farms and Greenhouses for many years. She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Mumford. Mrs. Baker is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Eileen and Rick LaFave of Caledonia; son and daughter-in-law, Eric J. and Jane Baker of Mumford; grandchildren, Erika (Ryan) Griffin, Monica (James) VanHorn, Gretchen and Garrett Baker, Michelle (Tim) Holtz, Tamara (Christopher) Gamble, 3 great-grandchildren; brother, William Buchanan, several nieces and nephews.

   Friends called Wednesday, May 25, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main Street, Caledonia. Her Funeral Service was held Thursday, May 26 at 10 AM at the First United Presbyterian Church, 893 George Street, Mumford, NY 144511. Her interment was held at Mumford Rural Cemetery. Memorial may be made to the Church or a charity of your choice.
