Laurence W. Weber

   Laurence W. Weber, age 80 years, of Caledonia died March 11, 2001 at Strong Memorial Hospital after a short illness. He was born July 14, 1920 in Batavia to William and Helen (Colson) Weber. Laurence retired from Eastman Kodak in Rochester as a senior engineering technician. He served in World War II, and was a member of the American Legion Matthew Clary Post 255 in Caledonia, Laurence was also a member of the Eunice Lodge in Caledonia, the First Presbyterian Church and the Caledonia Fire Department. He is survived by his wife Annabelle (Buckley) Weber, Caledonia, daughter and son-in-law; Sandra and Robert Baxter, Ithaca, son; Richard Weber, Hopewell, NJ, grandchildren; Matthew, Darcy and Jeffrey Baxter, sisters; Katharine (Robert ) Sheffield, Spencerport, Olive Weber, Batavia, Edith Schafer, Rochester, brother; David Weber, Bethany; six step children; Patricia (David) Patt, Fairport, Gregory (Rebecca) Buckley, Boynton Beach, FL, Shannon (Robert) Martin, Caledonia, Catherine (Robert) Nothnagle, Boynton Beach, FL, Thomas (Betty Lou) Buckley, Caledonia, Elizabeth (Daniel) Wall, Plano, TX, 14 step grandchildren.

   Friends called Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home. His Memorial Service was held Saturday at 11 AM at the First Presbyterian Church.
