He is survived by his wife, Ruth; daughter Linda (Larry) Craft of Walworth; sons, Douglas (Wendy) Benedict of Caledonia, Gary (Patty) Benedict of North Charleston S.C., Arthur (Jeanne)Benedict of Caledonia; 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Suzanne Randall of Dewitt; brother, Ward (Janet) Benedict of Kings Mountain, NC. Predeceased by brother and sister-in-law, William and Phyllis Benedict.

    Friends may call Thursday 2-4, 7-9 at the Alhart Funeral Home 3068 W. Main St. Caledonia. Friends may attend his Funeral Service Friday 12PM at the United Presbyterian Stone Church, Church St. Caledonia.

   Interment private.
