Jesse A. Miller Jr., age 72 years, of Caledonia died August 16, 2003 at his home. He was born August 8, 1931 in Waianae, Hawaii to Jesse A. and Lillian E. (Ferreirra) Miller Sr. Jesse retired from Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester and served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife Lori V. (Palermo) Miller of Caledonia; daughters Melanie (Alan) Baldeck, Julie (Dan) Hassett; five adored grandsons; J.D., Jantzen Baldeck, Carson, Beau, Mitchell Hassett; brothers, John (Kathy) Miller, Ray (Geri) Miller both of OR; sister Patti (Bill) Martin of MS; brother-in-law, Roger Palermo of CA; several other relatives in Hawaii. He was predeceased by his mother Lilli Stevenson, and brother, Bill Miller.

   A service will be held at the convenience of the family. At his request, his cremains will be cast in the Pacific Ocean. Arrangements by Alhart Funeral Home, Caledonia.
