Jerrold L. Majors Jerrold L. Majors, 55, died May 17, 2000 at Parkridge Hospital after a long battle with cancer. Jerrold retired from Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester as a printing production foreman. He was a former employee or Lapp Insulators in LeRoy. For many years, Jerrold coached little league baseball in Caledonia. He played guitar in the band, "Heatwaves." Jerrold enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Jerrold is survived by his wife; Melanie (Lucas) Majors, Caledonia, daughters; Tammy, Jessica, both of Rochester, Heather, Alabama, and Amber Majors, Caledonia, grandson; Maxwell, granddaughter; Avery, mother; Leola Majors, Caledonia, sister; Linda (Jerry) Phillips, Caledonia, brother; Eldred Majors, Rochester, brothers-in-law; Fred (Brenda) Lucas, Bart Lucas, both of Rochester, mother-in-law; Alberta Lucas, Mt. Morris, several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jerrold is predeceased by his father, Eldred Majors Sr. Friends called Friday, May 19, 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main Street, Caledonia. His Funeral Service was held Saturday, May 20, 1:30 P.M. at the Second Baptist Church, Mumford, officiating the service was Reverend Dr. Charles Thurman.
