James H. Baker

    James H. Baker, 66, of North Street died July 10 at home after a short illness. Born September 2, 1932 in Limerock, NY, the son of Frank and Marion (Feeley) Baker. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Ann; sons and daughter-in-law, J. Edward and Mary Ann, Paul and Pamela Baker; daughter and son-in-law, Marianne and Richard Recchia; grandchildren, Geoffrey and Christopher Baker, Lauryn and Lisa Recchia and Jennifer Baker; sister, Mary Alice Kemp.

    Jim was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He loved fishing and canoeing. For his sixty-fifth birthday he went hot air ballooning over Letchworth State Park. He was aretired Supervisor at Chloride Electro Networks in Caledonia, member of VFW Post 10844 (Caledonia), served as a pilot instructor at Bickford Air Feild in Limerock and operated Jim Dandy Toys in Caledonia.

    Friends may call Monday 2-4, 7-9 at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 W. Main Street, Caledonia. Friends may attend his Funeral Mass Tuesday 11:oo a.m. at St. Columba Church. Interment will be at St. Columba Cemetery.
