E. Iilene Carson

   E. Iilene Carson, age 88 years, of Caledonia died May 21, 2003 at St. Mary’s Hospice in Rochester. She was born September 30, 1914 in Middletown, NY to Ervin and Mabel (Ross) Coots. Iilene attended the Geneseo Normal School. She was a member of the Genesee Valley Hunt Club, and the Genesee Valley Breeders Association. She also enjoyed golf and was a member at the Caledonia Country Club and the Punta Gorda Country Club in Florida. Iilene is survived by her children; Larraine (John) York, Carolyn (Pat) Wynne, Charles Carson; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sister, Edyth Clark; several nieces and nephews. Her husband, Charles; sister, Eleanor Chase, and brothers, David and Edmond Coots predecease Iilene.

   Family and friends attended her Celebration of Life, Saturday, May 24, 2003, from 2-4 PM at the Caledonia Country Club. A private service and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
