Harry J. Baker Harry J. Baker of Mumford died June 1, 2002 at the Livingston County Skilled Nursing Facility in Geneseo. He was born to Albert J. and Eke (Duiker) Baker on October 28, 1913 in Macedon, NY. Harry owned and operated Baker Brothers Farms in Mumford. He was a member of the Farm Bureau, and an original member and served for 40 years for the town of Wheatland Zoning Board. Harry was also a member of the Republican Committee and a member of the NYS Potato Board. He is survived by his wife, Louise, daughter and son-in-law, Eileen and Rick LaFave of Caledonia, son and daughter-in-law, Eric J. and Jane Baker of Mumford; grandchildren, Erika Griffin, Monica VanHorn, Gretchen and Garrett Baker, Michelle and Tamara Greek; several nieces and nephews. Friends called Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main St., Caledonia. His Graveside Service was held Thursday, 10 AM at Mumford Rural Cemetery.
