Gerald J. Forsyth, age 52 years, of Nashville, TN and formerly of Caledonia died April 16, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Jack and Agnes Forsyth of Caledonia; wife, Marsha Forsyth of TN; children, Seth (Jennifer) Forsyth, Shelly (John) Fox, Jenifer (Seth) Jones, Jeremy Forsyth; grandchildren, Wilson, Dillon, Autumn Forsyth, Joshua, Adam, Samantha, John David Fox, Jacob, Andrew Jones; brothers, Thomas (Nancy) Forsyth, Todd (Holly) Forsyth; sisters, Terry (Michael) Darlak, Lynne (Gregory) Motta, Patricia (Donald) Wade, Joanne (Michael) Funk, Donna Forsyth, and Moira Young; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

   Services and Interment were held in Nashville, TN, although a Memorial Mass will be held at a later date to be announced at Our Lady of Mercy Parish in LeRoy, NY.
