Eugene K. Wyand Eugene K. "Gene" Wyand, age 86 years, of Caledonia entered into rest May 10, 2004 at his home in Caledonia. He was born August 27, 1917 in Rochester to Charles and Emilie (Voelker) Wyand. Gene was a farmer in Caledonia. He was director of Federal Land Bank and former School Board President at Cal-Mum School. He was a member of the Livingston County Planning Board, Caledonia Grange, Livingston County Farm Bureau, Cornell Cooperative Extension, and Snowmobile Club. He also enjoyed woodworking, painting, fishing, hunting and traveling. Eugene is survived by his sisters, Laura (Neil) Moon and Janet Bennem; brother-in-law, Raymond (Mary Ann) Krenzer; several nieces and nephews; step-child and special friend, Dee McLaughlin; sister-in-law, Elizabeth "Betty" Krenzer. He is predeceased by his wives, Mary Krenzer Wyand and Helen Gill Wyand. Family and friends attended his Funeral Mass, Thursday, May 13, 2004, 11:00 AM at St. Columba Church in Caledonia. His interment was held at Mumford Rural Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Livingston County Hospice, 2 County Campus, Mt. Morris, NY 14510.
