Florence E. Callan

    Florence E. Callan, 98, of Mumford died July 13, 1998 at Westgate Nursing Home in Rochester following a short illness. Born August 26, 1899 in Wheatland, the daughter of John and Mary (McBride) Stoddard.

    She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law; William and Mildred Callan of Florida and Gerald and Betty Callan of Caledonia. Daughter and son-in-law: Joyce and Dean Fisher of Clifton. Nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Sisters-in-law: Marion Callan and Margaret Stoddard. Several nieces and nephews. Florence was predeceased by her husband Francis Callan and son Jack Callan.

    Friends may call Friday, July 17, 2-4 and 7-9 at the Alhart Funeral Home.

    Funeral mass will Saturday, July 18, 11 AM at St. Columba Church, Reverend Walter Plominski officiating.

    Burial at St. Columba Cemetery, Caledonia.
