Elmer F. Landuyt Sr., age 77 years, of Caledonia died suddenly March 5, 2007 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. The son of Julius and Erma Landuyt, Elmer was born December 24, 1928 in Clifton Springs, NY. Elmer enjoyed over 50 years of employment at Avon Farms, a Standard bred horse farm owned by Ted Zornow. He lived each day proudly on the farm. In recent years, he took much enjoyment and pride in his grandchildren. Mr. Landuyt is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Mary; his loving daughters, Nancy (Craig) Schroth, Linda and Audrey; his grandchildren, Craig (Leahanne), Carly and Robert and his precious great granddaughter, Adrienne. His sons Roger and Elmer Jr. predecease Elmer.

   Friends called Thursday, 12-2 PM with his Service following at 2:00 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main Street, Caledonia. Interment at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Fowlerville.
