Donald A. Frazo Donald A. Frazo, age 77 years, of Caledonia, died September 29, 2001 at the LeRoy Village Green Nursing Home in LeRoy following a short illness. Donald was born July 12, 1924 in Caledonia to Dominic and Catherine (Skelly) Frazo. He was a WWII Army veteran and a member of the American Legion. He retired after 42 years of service on the Genesee and Wyoming Railroad. He was an avid baseball player as a young man and continued his love of all sports, especially Cal-Mum Red Raider Football. He is survived by three sisters, Edith Stella of LeRoy, Helen Majka of Niagara Falls, NY and Grace Pike of Amherst, NY; two nieces, Charlene (Ken) Sayers and Sally (Joe) Santora; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He is predeceased by his mother and father; brothers, Andrew, Vernon, Alvin Frazo, and sister, Kate Samis. Family and friends called Monday, October 1, 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the Alhart Funeral Home. A funeral Mass was held Tuesday, 11 am at St. Columba Roman Catholic Church in Caledonia. Interment followed at St. Columba Cemetery.
