Charles F. Fletcher Charles F. Fletcher, 68 years, of Caledonia died February 9, 2001 at Strong Memorial Hospital after a gallant fight with Leukemia. He was born February 25, 1932 in Warsaw, NY to Wayne and Vida (Gleber) Fletcher. Charlie worked at Everett M. Lewis Inc., in Honeoye Falls as an automotive technician. He gave many years of dedicated service to the community as a member of the Caledonia Fire Department and Ambulance Service and Fire Police. He served as Sergeant of Arms of Caledonia Fire Department and won numerous marching awards. He worked many carnivals for the Fire Department. He was a member of the Western New York Gas Engine Association, and Shawmut Railroad Restoration. He loved Harleys. Charlie restored cars and motorcycles, among them; 1922 Buick, 1947 Lincoln, and 1936 Pick-up, 1950 & 1978 Harleys. He was active with Charity Poker Runs and especially loved children's charities. He is survived by his wife; Dorothy (Moscicki) Fletcher, Caledonia, children; Debbie Riggi (Dennis Kellogg), Morganville, NY, William (Amy) Fletcher, Caledonia, Darlene (Marc) Rubinrott, Caledonia, James (Shane) Grant, Webster, Stephen (Pam) Grant, Chili, Julie (Dennis) Lucas, Caledonia, grandchildren; Billy and Becky Fletcher, Sarah and Hannah Rubinrott, Matthew Grant, Westley and Emma Grant, Alexis and Grant Lucas, sister, Sharley Baker, Buffalo; niece, Cheryl Hartwick, Silver Springs. Friends called Sunday, February 11, 2001 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home. His Funeral Mass was held Monday, February 12, 2001 at 11:00 AM at St. Columba Church. A spring interment will be held at Maplewood Cemetery in Pavilion.
