Charles S. Nobles, age 70 years, of Caledonia died December 18, 2005 at Highland Hospital in Rochester. He was born February 17, 1935 in Batavia to Marion and Ruth Nobles. Mr. Nobles retired from Empire Trucking. He enjoyed his grandchildren, hunting, fishing, camping, boating, snowmobiling, bowling and attending races at Limerock Speedway. Mr. Nobles is survived by his son, Gary (Sue) Nobles; daughters, Brenda (David) Dermody, Camille (Raul) Lopez, Laurie (Bill) Ficarra; grandchildren, Melissa (Jason) Reid, Tiffany, Billy, Nick, Lindsay, Matt and Chris; great-grandchildren, Kara and Aydan; father, Marion Nobles; brothers, Claude (Kim) and Merv Nobles; sister, Laurelie (Alan) Sickles; several nieces and nephews. His wife, Betty and mother, Ruth predeceases Mr. Nobles.

   Friends and family called Tuesday, December 20, from 4-7 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main Street where his funeral was held Wednesday, December 21 at 10:00 AM.
