Anthony P. Cicoria, age 94 years, of Rochester/Linwood entered into rest June 23, 2003 at the Avon Nursing Home. He was born March 29, 1909 in Iron Mountain, Michigan to Luigi and Delicata (Ferriera) Cicoria. Mr. Cicoria was a retired foreman for the City of Rochester Department of Public Works. He enjoyed music, dancing, nature, horses and horseback riding. He volunteered for the Rochester Police Mounted Patrol. Mr. Cicoria is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, the Honorable Ronald A. and Judith Cicoria, Sergeant Gary ;and Linda Cicoria both of Caledonia; daughter, Laurie Amorese of Linwood; 10 grandchildren, Jason (Marcia) Cicoria, Amy (Andrew) Cicoria Timm, Ronald (Nicole) Cicoria, Marcy (David) Haut, Wendy (David) Bulter, Anthony (Jennifer) (DC) Cicoria, Gary (Maureen) Cicoria, Eric, Frank, Alana Amorese; 8 great-grandchildren, sisters, Viola Kullick, Geraldine Pendar, Louise (Mike) Dovidio, brothers, Peter and Louis (Billie) Cicoria, sister-in-law, Patricia Cicoria, several nieces and nephews, Predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Helen and his son-in-law, Frank Amorese.

   Friends called Thursday, June 26, 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 350 Genesee Street, Avon. His Funeral Mass was held Friday, June 27, 9:30 A.M. at St. Agnes Church, Avon. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
