Mumford Sportsman Club Annual Fishing Derby
Saturday, May 12 was the time to cast your line into the waters of Spring and/or Oatka Creeks in hopes of catching "the big one" to enter in to the Mumford Sportsmen Club Youth Fishing Derby. The annual derby brings out anglers of all ages, sizes and gender. After a full day of fishing, the following entries were announced winners.
Maia Scott was the youngest trophy winner with her catch of 10 ¼ inches. Cole Hanna picked up the trophy for biggest one that got away! Winners took home new fishing poles and tackle boxes.
