Wondering how the Cal-Mum football hall of fame works. Who is responsible for picking the people that go in? Also there seems to be a pattern of inductions for people ten years after their senior seasons, with the exception of the 1998 team. When compared to the players inducted in recent years there were definitely a few players from that class that should have gotten in. Just thought it was weird that they were passed over. Hopefully at some point someone will take another look at that team and fix the mistake.

My name is Timothy Davis and I’m running for Town Council in Wheatland. Earlier this year I attempted to get on the ballot as an independent for the local election this November. My petition was challenged by one of my opponents and unfortunately due to a clerical error it was denied by the Monroe County Board of Elections.

6 months is not too young to be in the water for a mother/child swim class. This is actually beneficial for the child's physical development, and somewhat of a comfort for children even younger as they are carried in the womb in a liquid environment. I was saddened to read of the passing of a great educator, Frank Ruane. I was further saddened by the incompleteness of his obituary. Frank was more than "a physical education teacher at CMCS". He was the Athletic Director and a very successful head football and basketball coach. For Frank, the sports program was a tool to build better people. To me personally he was a mentor and friend. Like many, I'm a better person for having known him.

Great site, but a "search" engine would be extremely helpful.
My roots in Caledonia, NY date back for many generations...early to mid 1800's; however, most have now passed on and being that we were (are) working people-"non-elite", there are few, if any, written records. Additionally, when someone no longer resides in the area, it is very difficult, if not nearly impossible, to trace one's roots on their own. Unless one has money to pay a professional, or hours upon hours to spend researching on their own, it is a seemingly impossible task.
