This award is designed to honor female and male members of the graduating class who have displayed the following characteristics during their years in school:

The Dr. Frederick M. Hinsdale Scholar-Athlete Award

This award is intended to honor a senior male and female who have excelled academically and athletically. The purpose of this award is to help further the understanding that student/athletes should strive to reach their potential in the classroom and in the athletic arena. To qualify you must receive at least two Varsity letters in both your Jr. and Sr. year, then having met this criteria, have the highest academic average compared to the other qualifiers.

This award is presented to a senior who has been a member of Senior Band or Senior Chorus for a minimum of 2 years, has a high school average of 80 or above, has been cooperative in school classes and activities with peers and teachers, and has been accepted by an institute of higher learning.

Caledonia-Mumford Rotary Scholarship

The object of the Rotary organization is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster the development of acquaintance. The Rotary has a Four-Way Test of the things they think, say or do:
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
Applicants were asked to write an essay describing how they incorporate Rotary’s 4-Way Test in their daily living and how the Object of Rotary applies to their long-term goals. The senior selected to receive this award:

The Kevin Kissel Memorial Scholarship

This award is presented to a senior who has maintained a minimum 75% overall average, has an ability to interact with a variety of people and groups in a positive manner, and has participated in a variety of school activities as an integral member who works hard on a consistent basis.

The Salvation Army awards this scholarship to two graduating seniors who are in excellent academic standing, and will be attending college. The recipients must also have an interest in human services.
