Paul Chatfield and John Schepp, both Professional Engineers (PE), lead a team of ten employees that work out of their English Road office. They represent and aid municipalities in Monroe, Livingston, Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming counties.

Their services include: roads & highway engineering, street improvement / revitalization, water, sanitary and drainage systems, infrastructure renewal, parks & recreation facilities, land development and contract administration and inspection service during construction.
