ANNUAL ELECTION OF

CALEDONIA FIRE DISTRICT

ON DECEMBER 14, 2010

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Caledonia Fire District
will take place on December 14, 2010 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Caledonia Fire Hall,
located at 3089 Main Street for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a 5-year term, commencing
January 1, 2011 and ending on December 31, 2015. All voters registered with the Livingston County Board
of Elections on or before November 22, 2010 shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates for District Office are Donald Mosele.
