"David has an extensive and distinguished career at
the elementary school level in three different school districts. He has
demonstrated success in the classroom and working with other elementary
teachers," said Superintendent of Caledonia-Mumford Schools David
V. Dinolfo.
"I absolutely love elementary education; I think it
fits my personality," Bulter said. "I’ve been very
fortunate to have worked with tremendous teachers and administrators
throughout my career. I’m looking forward to bringing everything that
I’ve learned and apply it to my own community."

Familiarity with many parents and children in the area through sports
and other activities helped him feel comfortable at the elementary
school during his two visit days. He acknowledges and is supportive of
the tight connection that the school district enjoys with the
community. "Caledonia-Mumford is a perfect fit for me. I’m
really looking forward to it," he said.
