London Isabella Parnell was born on August 15, 2007 @ 3:13 a.m at Highland Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds and 6 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches. London is the daughter of Luke Parnell and Lynsey (Restivo) Parnell. She was welcomed home by her big brother Luke Francis!  Her proud grandparents are Brenda and Ross Thibault of Chili and John Parnell of Caledonia.
