Luke and Lynsey (Restivo) Parnell are pleased to announce the birth of their first son Luke Francis Parnell. Luke was born February 22, 2006 at 2:28 a.m. at Highland Hospital, he was 8 lbs 11 oz. and 21 inched long. The grandparents are John Parnell of Caledonia, NY and Brenda and Ross Thibault of Chili, NY, Great Grandparents Loretta Parnell of Caledonia, NY and Louie and Susan Restivo of Caledonia, NY and Great-Great Grandma Mary Restivo of Avon, NY.
