1st Annual Cal-Mum Alumni
Reunion
July 14, 2006 @ J.W. Jones Hall

| On Friday evening,
July 14, the Caledonia-Mumford Alumni gathered at Jones Hall for the
first annual reunion of those classes that had graduated fifty or more
years ago. The Class of 1937 won the honors for being the earliest
graduating class with a representative present. Two of the alumni
surprised the group by entertaining. Jim Farrrell, Class of 1941, played
his bagpipes and Charles Banks, Class of 1942, sang with the band. The
band, Just Playin’ Folks had Don Pullyblank, Class of 1954 playing his
trumpet and Kathy Fairbrother playing the clarinet. Betty Berg Geer and
Marcella Caulfield Davin, two former teachers, were present. Alumni came
from California, Arizona, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Connecticut for the
reunion.
This alumni reunion has been permanently scheduled for the second Saturday in June. So, on June 9, 2007, we hope to see everyone back again at Jones Hall.
